You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbok login credentials. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility.
All winbok promotions and bonuses are subject to specific wagering requirements, time limits, and game restrictions detailed in individual bonus terms. General bonus rules apply where specific terms are not stated.
In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:
2.1 By registering an Account on the winbok Platform or by accessing any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the winbok Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules referenced herein.
2.2 If you do not agree to these Terms, you must immediately cease using the winbok Platform and close your Account if one has already been created.
2.3 These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and winbok with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, representations, and agreements.
You must be at least 21 years of age to register and use any winbok Service. 21+ winbok strictly enforces this requirement. We reserve the right to request documentary proof of age at any time, including but not limited to a Malaysian National Identity Card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Any Account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, and all Funds — including any winnings — will be forfeited.
Each individual may hold only one active Account on the winbok Platform. The existence of duplicate Accounts — including Accounts registered using different names, email addresses, or payment methods for the same individual — is strictly prohibited. winbok reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and to confiscate Funds therein.
You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes. Providing false registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of Funds.
winbok is required under its international gaming licence to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification before processing any withdrawal. You will be required to submit a government-issued photo ID and, in some cases, proof of address and payment method ownership. Withdrawals will not be processed until verification is satisfactorily completed.
It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the winbok Platform complies with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction. winbok makes no representation that use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions. By using the Platform, you confirm that gambling is not prohibited under the laws applicable to you.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your winbok login username and password. Any action taken through your Account — including all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorised by you. You must notify winbok support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.
You may request closure of your winbok Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon closure, any remaining withdrawable balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any pending KYC requirements. Bonus Funds not yet converted will be forfeited upon Account closure.
An Account that has not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months will be classified as inactive. winbok reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee from inactive Account balances after this period, subject to applicable law. You will be notified before any such deduction is applied.
winbok accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Visa, Mastercard, and selected Cryptocurrency networks. All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50. winbok reserves the right to revise these minimums at any time with reasonable notice.
Withdrawals are processed promptly for fully verified Accounts. E-wallet withdrawals (Touch n Go, Boost) typically clear within 30 minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals typically settle within one business day. Larger withdrawal amounts or first-time withdrawals may be subject to additional review. winbok will not process withdrawals to payment methods not registered to the Account holder.
winbok is obligated under its international gaming licence to maintain anti-money laundering (AML) compliance. We reserve the right to request documentation evidencing the source of funds for any deposit. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in withdrawal holds and Account review. winbok may be required to report suspicious transactions to the relevant authorities under applicable international law.
All Account balances, deposits, and withdrawals are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR/RM). Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit. winbok is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations between deposit and withdrawal for cryptocurrency transactions.
All bonuses and promotions offered by winbok are subject to specific terms, including but not limited to wagering requirements, minimum odds restrictions, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they become eligible for withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion terms. Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward wagering completion. Bets placed on excluded games will not contribute to wagering and may result in bonus forfeiture at winbok's discretion.
winbok reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or claw back any bonus or associated winnings if we reasonably determine that a player has engaged in bonus abuse. Bonus abuse includes, without limitation: registering multiple Accounts to claim a bonus more than once; using low-variance betting strategies solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine gaming intent; and colluding with other players to exploit promotional terms.
winbok reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion or bonus offer at any time without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory obligations. Changes will not retroactively affect bonuses already credited and actively being wagered by a player at the time of modification.
7.1 All casino games, live dealer games, and slots available on the winbok Platform are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between specific game rules and these Terms, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game's operation.
7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or error affecting a game round, winbok will void the affected round and return the relevant stake to the player's Account balance. winbok is not liable for any consequential losses arising from a technical error beyond the return of the affected stake.
7.3 winbok does not guarantee the continuous availability of any specific game title. Games may be removed, suspended, or modified at any time, including as a result of provider licensing changes or regulatory requirements.
7.4 All RNG-based game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation systems. RTP percentages are independently verified and made available to players. Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical action (card deals, wheel spins, dice throws) conducted by human dealers in licensed studios.
8.1 Bets placed on the winbok sportsbook are subject to the Sportsbook Rules published on the Platform, which govern market types, settlement procedures, void conditions, and in-play betting rules. These Sportsbook Rules are incorporated into these Terms.
8.2 winbok reserves the right to void any bet placed on markets where an error in odds, market description, or event data is identified prior to or following settlement.
8.3 Winnings from sportsbook bets will be credited to your Account balance following confirmation of the relevant result. Where a result is under official review or protest, settlement may be delayed pending the outcome of that review.
You agree not to engage in any of the following conduct while using the winbok Platform:
Breach of this section entitles winbok to immediately close your Account, forfeit all Funds therein, and report the matter to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities.
10.1 All content on the winbok Platform — including but not limited to the winbok brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of winbok or its licensors. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, transmitted, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of winbok.
10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming and betting activities. This licence does not include any right to scrape, index, or redistribute any Platform content.
11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, winbok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to losses arising from: interrupted service availability; technical errors; reliance on information provided on the Platform; or actions of third-party game and payment providers.
11.2 The total aggregate liability of winbok to any player in connection with a single incident shall not exceed the value of funds held in the player's Account at the time of the incident.
11.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by winbok's gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
12.1 winbok is committed to promoting responsible gambling. We provide tools within every member's Account settings — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion — to help players manage their gaming activity.
12.2 The winbok Platform is strictly 21+. Players who believe they may have a gambling problem are encouraged to use the self-exclusion tool available in their Account dashboard, or to contact winbok support to have self-exclusion applied immediately.

13.1 winbok reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its discretion, with or without prior notice, where winbok reasonably determines that: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred; (b) the Account is being used for prohibited conduct; (c) continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, financial, or reputational risk to winbok; or (d) a player has requested self-exclusion.
13.2 Upon termination of an Account by winbok due to a material breach of these Terms, all Funds — including withdrawable balances and Bonus Funds — may be forfeited at winbok's discretion.
13.3 Upon voluntary Account closure requested by a player, withdrawable Funds will be returned to the player's registered payment method following applicable verification, minus any outstanding charges.
14.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under winbok's international gaming licence jurisdiction. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under Malaysian law.
14.2 In the event of a dispute regarding a bet, game outcome, or Account matter, you must contact winbok support in the first instance. winbok will investigate all formal complaints and respond within five (5) business days. If you are not satisfied with winbok's resolution, disputes relating to game fairness or licensing compliance may be escalated to the relevant international gaming authority under whose licence winbok operates.
winbok reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material amendments will be communicated to registered Members via email or an in-platform notification with reasonable advance notice. Continued use of the winbok Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to an amendment, you must close your Account before the amendment takes effect.
